We take your building dimensions, clear height, column spacing, pallet sizes, and forklift type, then return a CAD layout with beam elevations, aisle widths, and a total pallet position count. You also get an itemized quote tied to that layout. There is no charge and no obligation.

How much additional storage can we realistically gain in our existing building?

Most warehouses we work with in the Louisville area recover meaningful capacity without adding square footage. The usual levers are tighter beam elevations matched to real load heights, narrower aisles matched to your lift equipment, and moving slow movers into denser systems. We quantify the gain in pallet positions so the decision is based on numbers, not guesses.

In most cases, yes. We phase work zone by zone, or run evenings and weekends, so receiving and picking keep moving while the steel goes up. We build the phasing plan around your shift schedule, not ours.

Can you relocate a rack system to a new facility?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We handle teardown, haul-off, transport, and reinstallation, and we replace damaged frames or beams as part of the move so the system goes back up to spec.
